“It corresponds to the experience of life that life must expect the account of a fire at any given time. The sole fact that no fire breaks out in many buildings, for decades, does not prove that no danger exists. However, shows, for the affected people, a piece of luck at whose end must be calculated any time!”
Higher administrative court Münster (10 A 363/86) from the 12/11/1987
Fire protection wins in building design and is becoming increasingly important. Triggers are spectacular conflagrations, of the Dusseldorf airport or from building facades with warm insulating compound systems. Due to new rules and regulations, the repetition of such fire incidents should be prevented.
This protection is becoming more complex.
Fire protection design and concepts have become an important part of any planning application. For complex construction projects, a special expertise is required for the elaboration of such evidence. Therefore, it is important to consult with a fire protection specialist planner or expert.
“Who else can be found through all the jungle of regulations, and who is the best person to contact?”
